A matcha that begins with light. Hikari—meaning “light” in Japanese—is our first ceremonial-grade matcha, crafted to support calm clarity, gentle focus, and mindful rituals.

Shade-grown for over 20 days on the mist-covered fields of Uji, Japan, each leaf is nurtured in darkness to develop rich sweetness, deep umami, and smooth vibrancy. After harvest, the leaves are steamed, dried, de-stemmed, and meticulously stone-ground with traditional granite mills to create a fine, velvety powder—full of life and intention.
